With all this content online, it is so hard to find good website with images that you can use for your projects. How do you find textures?

Some people I know take photographs of different textures, when they go for a walk with their camera… 😉

What if you want great textures, that are easy to find online? Textures are very important for creating great designs nowadays, they’re a part of web designer’s workflow. Of course, you can also creat your own textures with Photoshop or Fireworks. However, this is not as easy as it sounds. You also need to invest a lot of time, usually a scanner as well .

There is a number of websites, where you can get textures, so you don’t have to create them yourself. One of these examples, will be a website called TextureKing.
