As with any technique in Photoshop, there are zillions of ways to achieve the effect. The one I am about to share with you is just one technique that I have been using for a while and it works fine. I like the simplicity and speed of the effect.

Images with rounded corners are very popular on the web nowadays and every web designer should know how to achieve this effect quickly and easily. Many websites look so much nicer when the images have nice rounded edges and blend into the background.
