Today, I’m going to share with you a tutorial that I have created that explains Groups and Layer Effects in Photoshop CS6.

If you’re not sure about the Layer Styles, they are a popular way to add effects, such as drops shadows and strokes to layers in a non-destructive way.

I know that you are aware of the concept of grouping layers in Photoshop and that you know about Layer Effects (or Layer Styles as they’re often called). However, what about applying Layer Effects to groups? That’s a new feature in Photoshop CS6. To explain it how it works, I recorded a video tutorial for you.
