Private Browsing Mode allows you to browse the Internet without leaving any trace of where you have been.

You can do it through keyboard shortcuts:

In Firefox – Ctrl+Shift+P

In Chrome – Ctrl+Shift+N

In a Private Browsing session, your web browser won’t keep any:

– browser history,

– search history,

– download history,

– web form history,

– cookies, or temporary internet files.

However, files you download and bookmarks you make will be kept.
