Nikon D4 specifications leaked and we have some of its specifications known. 
Apparently, Nikon is going to target Canon’s 1DX with its D4 and here are some specs that leaked:
- 16.2 MP
- 11 fps
- ISO 102400 (expandable to 204800)
- support for the new XQD memory card format
- integrated Ethernet
- 51 Auto Focus points
- Face detection/recognition
- uncompressed video output
Internet resources say that the camera may be announced early next year alongside the announcement of D800.
