Adobe Pixel Bender (version 2.1 already) is a filter processor in Photoshop CS5, You can apply to open images in Photoshop. It is simply a plug-in (free!) that can alter images to create very interesting effects.

And since it is a Free download, why not try it out? So go on and download it from Adobe Labs from the following link:
