Yesterday Adobe released a second public beta of Lightroom 3. There are some new features and enhancements in this release. Adobe focused mainly on performance.

Here are a few of new features on second public beta:

• Improved performance of the application for importing images faster
• Native tethered shooting support for selected Canon and Nikon cameras (this one is a great feature!)
• Luminance Noise Reduction added to colour noise reduction improvements
• Support for importing video files from DSLR cameras!

and a few more improvements but these are the most exciting ones that I am going to use! I am so excited with all new features of Lightroom 3 Beta and who knows what else we will get when the final version ships.
